Aisha “Pinky” Cole
Congratulations alumna, entrepreneur, restauranteur, and philanthropist Aisha Cole, CAU ’09, who has been named to the 2021 Forbes Next 1000 list! Cole is the founder and CEO of Slutty Vegan ATL, a popular plant-based American eatery in Atlanta that has gone viral on social media. Cole has successfully opened four locations within three years of operation.
Last year, Clark Atlanta University teamed up with The Pinky Cole Foundation, Inc. (Pinky Gives Back) to offer full scholarships for the children of Rayshard Brooks. Queen Latifah recently recognized Cole for her trailblazing work in the community to include supporting small business owners during the covid-19 pandemic and providing meals to first responders. She has also partnered with Steve Harvey and Georgia Power to help restore the services and bring current the past due bills of 100 Atlanta residents.
